Jennie Williamson Concert!

What did the children have to say about the concert?

It was really fun!

Our buddy class, Miss Pruesster's sixth graders, sat with us.

We sang Jesus songs.

We spelled out "G-O-D" and "J-E-S-U-S".

We jumped and clapped with the songs.

A lot of singing

Lots of dancing

The teachers went with the lady and played follow the leader.

It was loud.

Some songs started soft and then got loud.

One friend was super busy playing! No time for a picture!

One friend really didn't want his picture taken....

We made great progress with our "script" this week.

We can't wait to share it with you.

We worked on the script in a small group today.

Then those children shared their ideas with the rest of the class.

How could we sort ourselves today?

After some careful observations,
we determined we would sort by animals or animal characters on your PJs.

and no animals on your PJs.

 Then, of course, we sorted by slippers

Pancake Day!

Thank you so much to Chris' Pancakes for providing us with wonderfully, yummy pancakes!

After pancakes,

we read If You Give a Pig a Pancake by Laura Numeroff

We did some dancing like the pig, while we waited for chapel.

Chapel Time

Mr. Debrick reminded us how we can serve the Lord.

we help others who are hurting

we pray for people

we follow directions

we tell people we love them

the list can go on and on
