Magnificent Things

Outdoor Play

When we came outside, we noticed some new materials in our play space.
Our class immediately called this the shower.

Some old pots and pans were also added. The children immediately filled the pans with materials and pretended to sell food.

These ladies felt the space needed a little cleaning.

Happy Day!

A Little More Tinkering

Chapel

These STUCO (Student Council) leaders led our chapel today.
They acted out the story of the Prodigal Son. In this Bible story the son takes his inheritance and spends all of it. When he has no money left, he returns to his dad asking to just be one of his servants. His father welcomes him back into the family with open arms.

This story demonstrates how much Jesus loves us. No matter how many mistakes we make, his arms always open.

New Things ...

Binder Clips

Today binder clips were introduced as a way to hold craft sticks together.
They worked hard pushing the clip open and then keeping it open to attach to the craft stick.
 She did it!
