We had a busy morning making stars to remind us of the star the wise men followed.

Gingerbread Man

So far this week we have read four different gingerbread man books. After each reading, we talk about what was the same and what was different in each book.

Around the Room

Our Reading Area has a fresh look for January.

The parakeets moved over by the reading area (picture of their new home coming soon). Since they are down lower, the children have enjoyed observing their activity this week. They are also able to help take care of them.

Unfortunately, our pumpkin plants are not doing super well.

We talked about what they need the most.

We think they need some warm sunshine!
