Our room was filled with Bee colors

As we kicked off Red Ribbon Week!

Backwards Day

We needed a picture!

Everyone with their shirt on backwards!

Everyone who kept their shirt backwards!
Those who wanted their shirts turned back the right way!

After a very rainy Monday, we loved being outside today!

Monday/Tuesday Highlights

After having a few days off, what did we do during our two days together last week?

Let's review!

We made bridges with the table blocks in the morning.

We practiced counting all these different arrays of dots.

While outside, we played with our own set of pots and pans.

We are making soups with natural outdoor materials.
So, beautiful!

Jesus Time

Some quiet music, their own clipboard and crayons helped everyone as they colored their Joseph's coat on Monday.

Thursday was chapel day and here we are!
Mrs. Oswald shared the message about the fruit of the spirit, faithfulness.
We were reminded that Noah is a great example of faithfulness.

The Pumpkins are Here!

We helped Mr. Debrick unload his truck that was full of pumpkins. We will decorate them during our harvest parties this week and then the children will take them home.

Fall is here!

We started using our new placemats at lunchtime.

Super Hero Day

After our snack and outside time,
we took our 13 items for our Super Hero Drive to the school office.
It was kind of hard to look at all of those amazing toys and not be a little jealous!
School wide we collected 345 toys for Kids with Cancer.
Thank you, families!
Do you still want to donate?
Please feel free to do so!

The Super Heroes in our Class

Jesus Time

This prop has been super helpful in telling this week's story.
We talked about Joseph and his ten brothers.
When Joseph received the amazing coat from their dad, the brothers were very jealous.
What the brothers did to hurt Joseph, ended up being part of an amazing plan to take care of them.
We want to remember we are like the brothers, jealous of others, but Jesus loves us and forgives us!
We also noticed our story included important words that start with the letter "J".
