Advent Devotions
Beginning on Wednesday, Pastor Rouland started posting a daily devotion.
He is adding small items to a Christmas tree and telling us important stories that point us to Jesus.

God's people waited and waited and waited for His special baby
The angel came to Mary and said, "Do not be afraid! You are going to have a very special baby!"
The angel came to Joseph and said, "Don't be afraid! Mary is going to have a very special baby and you are to name him Jesus. Your job is to take care of them."

More Decorating
With much talk about garland, we are making our own, using Model Magic.
First, we rolled the Model Magic into balls.
Now the children are painting them.

Looking for Jesus in the Manger
For three mornings we've looked for Baby Jesus.
When we find Him, there is an idea for our day.
So far,
Color and decorate a picture of a Christmas tree.
Color a picture only using the color blue.
Sing "In a Little Stable."
Advent Placemats
The children are choosing green, blue or pink paper, the colors in the Advent wreath. They are also decorating them.

We had a bunch of roly-polys on the hill!
