What's Happening?

 Tacky the Penguin

We are reading some Tacky the Penguin books.

He loves to greet other penguins with "WHAT'S HAPPENING?"

Today we read Tacky and the Emperor.

Jesus Time

Zippy scraped his hand on the playground! Mrs. Lohman washed it and put a bandaid on his hand to help him feel better. Then we learned about Jesus being a BIG helper to Jairus' daughter who was so sick she died. We sang, "Jesus Loves Me."

The Letter "O"

To make the letter "O" we write the magic "C" and then make a big curve back up to the top.

Name Folders

All the children practiced writing their names using their name folders.

Frustrated

We started talking about feeling frustrated today. 

When do you feel frustrated?

How is feeling frustrated different from feeling disappointed?
