Welcome Back!

Opening The Tomb

This morning we had a special celebration for 

Easter. We celebrated that Jesus is alive. The 

children responded to the story with the cheer "The rock is

rolled away. Hooray! Easter Day!" We sang a new

song and used streamers to dance and celebrate

the good news!

Since this was our first day back, we needed to open our "Alleluia" box. It wasn't brown anymore! It was now pink and filled with streamers and Easter crosses. After our days of remembering, it's time to shout out our glad alleluias once again. 

We opened the last egg 

 during Jesus time.
We even had an Easter egg hunt.
Everyone found six eggs.

Building

Our brains were back and busy today. We had 

many different structures built during center 

time. 

He is risen! He is risen, indeed! Alleluia!
