The rain was back......

and we are really wondering why we have so many cloudy days!

Chapel

Mrs. Haun greets us every time we have chapel.

Mr. Marolf led our chapel today. He told us the story of when Zaccheaus wanted to see Jesus. It sure was great to hear a story we have learned about in our classroom. We even had one of our friends help Mr. Marolf.

Choice Time

Because of the rain, we had a longer choice time today. The children really settled into their play and we really didn't want to stop. During that time, they

• painted daffodils.
• painted at the easel.
• played with wet sand.
• built in the block area.
• wrote letters.
• explored with clay.
• hammered.
• looked at books.
• pretended.
• had a wonderful time being children!

Small Group Time

They practiced making different combination of a number using unifix cubes.

In the other group, we answered the question, "What happens when it is spring?" During this season, they are definitely noticing how plants are changing.
