Everyone has now been in school at least one day!
Thank you, families, for your hard work in becoming accustom to our morning routine.

What a gorgeous morning to play, climb and run!
We found this insect by the window in one of the play houses. It didn't fly away. We wondered why.
After our outside time, we used the bathroom. Before snack, we practiced watching what I did and then doing what I did. For example, I touched my head, then the children touched their heads. They did great! After snack, we had Jesus time. We talked about how prayer is talking to Jesus. I read a book that was the Lord's Prayer. Throughout the year, we will be learning the Lord's Prayer in our class and during chapel.
After all of this work, we were ready for our free choice time! They were busy playing with new friends.
During this time, some children created the cover sheet of their portfolio.
Preschool is definitely great fun, but also hard work as we are figuring out so many new routines.
