God's Name is Special

Morning Work
Coloring and cutting out leaves for the Five Little Leaves poem
Another great day of journal work

Another great pattern block design

Looking up recipes for baking our pie pumpkins

Chapel Time
Mrs. Helmkamp led our chapel. She had three slides with everyone's name. When the children found their name, they shouted it out. We know our name is special, but a name that is even more special is GOD.
The children are doing a great job learning the songs. They are also learning to fold their hands and close their eyes during prayer time.
Mrs. Helmkamp did a great job teaching the children to pause before and after taking the offering to the altar.

Outside Play
The rocks can be almost anything.

Free Choice Time

Reading Challenge
Mr. Debrick read Turkey Trouble, a silly story about a turkey trying to disguise himself on the day before Thanksgiving.
