A Wet Outside Time

Even though it was spitting rain, we decided to go outside in the morning. Before going out we talked about going around the puddles. Once outside we realized we could also jump over the puddles successfully.

We played on the preschool playground, took a walk through the new playspace, and then played for the first time on the "big kid" playground.

Other Highlights

• We helped with final preparations for National Lutheran Schools Week. We thought of things we love about being a Bobcat and Mrs. Lohman wrote our ideas on the paw prints. We colored them and now our thoughts are on the bulletin board. We decorated thank you notes that will be given to people who worship at Zion over the weekend.
• We read a beautifully illustrated book of The Lord's Prayer.
• We continued to watch the eaglet and eagle pair taking care of their baby.
