Our First Day Back
The iPod did not cooperate during the beginning of our day, so ....
During the morning, we ...
- greeted our friends after being away from one another for almost two weeks.
- watch Harriet, the bald eagle, feed her baby. We watched the live feed from the eagle cam. This is the fifth season the camera has watched Harriet and her mate raise their babies.
- changed our calendar to January.
- ran and played in the Commons.
- listened to Mrs. Lohman tell the story of the wise men searching for Jesus.
- had snack and talked about our Christmas break.
During our group time, some children had a chance to share their favorite Christmas gift.
