Tower City

Towers

The final tower is comlete!
Everyone has now made a tower at least 2 feet tall and able to hold 100 pennies.

This is our tower city.

What we noticed or learned...

They needed to be super sturdy.
Some towers are bigger than others.
Tape is important. It needs to be big.
Towers need a big base on the bottom.
They start big and get smaller and smaller.
The tubes make it stronger.
Rubberbands worked.
The black triangle pieces didn't work.
The white things hold them so they don't fall down.
If you take your time, you can make it happen.

Snowy Day

We got to play in the snow!
There was ice on the playground. The bridge was icy. The slide was covered with ice and snow.
Ice is slippery!
The rock river is icy!

We are thankful!

During Jesus time, we read The Man who Said, "Thank You."
During story time, we read The THANKFUL Book by Todd Parr.
We will continue to talk this week about what we are thankful for.
