Chapel

The wise man built his house upon the rocks; the foolish man built his house upon the sand.

The wise man's house stayed strong when the wind and rain came; the foolish man's house fell down.

Lenten Purple

After chapel, we walked over to the sanctuary. Our hearts were filled with joy as we sang "This is the day."

In the sanctuary we noticed the lenten purple.

Pastor Rouland stopped by to explain the symbols on the altar parament

Then we just sat and sang another song as we looked at the beautiful altar.

Squirrel Playground

We added some equipment to our playground. It's looking good! But when the squirrel came to visit, it just ate the food we had put on the ground. How can we get the squirrels to play on the playground?

Other Stuff

• The children are making their own counting book.
• We are enjoying reading new books we received from the book fair.
• Unifix cube patterns and then getting out the tape measure to see how long it is. It was 80 inches long.
