Chapel
Because of the snow day, we had chapel today instead of yesterday.
Mrs. Murray, one of our seventh grade teachers, led our chapel. She read a book about veterans. We are so thankful for all the people who help keep our country safe. She reminded us that God is the one who keeps us safe from all harm.
Walking Outside
We played in the Commons for a little bit this morning, but we just needed some fresh air. So, we took a walk around our school noticing all the snow, ice and cold wind.
Storytime
We read an older book, The Robber of Featherbed Lane. When things are missing on his street, Ben is sure a robber is the reason. With the help of his neighbors, they realize there is no robber.
Ask your children if they remember what happened.
