Still Anticipating

 Morning Work

"If birds made marks with their tail feathers when they flew, think what the sky would look like."
From Birds by Kevin Henkes

Our Lent/Easter Garden

Everyone had a chance to water the grass that will transform our Lenten garden to a beautiful Easter garden.

Our Practice Easter Egg Hunt

First Mrs. Haun gave us some directions.

When she blew the whistle, we started searching. We actually went on two hunts.

Preparing to Seal the Tomb

Today we painted our "rock." Tomorrow we will seal our "tomb," the tunnel on our playground.

It isn't bare anymore!

What is in the sky?

As we returned to our room after lunch, someone notice something flying in the sky. Then someone noticed a second something. We checked our bird books and feel quite confident the somethings were a pair of redtailed hawks.
Our interest in what is flying in the sky continues.
