Here They Are!
When the children arrived, they appeared to love all the action. They even started eating the millet treat while they were watching.
"Hey, the blue one looks like a bluejay!"
JP and Jack look at the picture of the bluejay and our parakeet noticing the similarities and differences.
At the beginning of choice time, many children chose to look at the parakeets again.
They created their first parakeet drawings for their portfolios.
The children want their families to know that ....
they have food and water.
they are different colors - one blue/one green.
they have eyes.
they make noise.
they watched us play.
they ate a lot.
This week we will decide what to name them.
Wow!
Look at that symmetry!
ME
The children have almost completed making all the pieces for their "ME" poster.
One step they worked on today - adding to their favorite color drawing.
Numerals
These were added to the light table - what a beautiful way to explore!
Jesus Time
Mrs. Lohman told the story of the man who helped. This week we will be talking more about how we can show God's love, care, and kindness to others.
