Our Developing Community

Our day was filled with many opportunities to explore God's world.

Creating with Rocks
Putting the rocks around the perimeter is the most popular creation.
They will be out for the rest of the week.
I wonder what other ways they will create with them.

Another rock experience happened after chapel. Four children had a great time creating rock games which mainly involved balancing rocks on our bodies. We had so much fun!

Chapel
Mr. Marolf led chapel. We believe that knowing Jesus loves us and that we are loved by others is more important than money and things.

Thank you to our offering helper today!

Book time today was extra engaging since they had new books to look at.
These guys are reading about rocks.

Free Choice Time
These two worked together to create this design.

These artists worked hard covering our boxes that hold paper for creations.

A beautiful example of the benefits of a mixed age group is pictured here.
A four year old makes beautiful letters while the three year carefully observes and learns.

Other Free Choice Activity
The sifting scoops are amazing.

Carefully testing to see if the dinosaur will fit inside his creation.

These children are busy in the kitchen making soup for a party.

Lining up the bears requires careful fine motor skills.

The children truly had another amazing day learning about God's world.
