Chapel with Pastor Reitz
He read his favorite book, The Tan Man, the story of the Good Samaritan. He reminded us that Jesus is our Good Samaritan. He came to earth to take care of all of our hurts and pain.
Snack Time
On chapel days, we don't have small groups, but enjoy eating our snack together. Today during our snack time, we talked about Florida and the big storms. Many of us know people who live in Florida. We want to pray for them and the people in Texas.
Learning Centers
During this time of day, the children are so busy learning about their world as they interact with materials and play with friends. At one time during the morning, a group of children giggled out loud with joy. What a wonderful sound!
We still have a waiting list for children to have a turn at the projector. They are enjoying seeing their creations projected on the sheet.
