The Pumpkin Arrived
First, we reviewed our pumpking description from Wednesday.
We looked at everyone's pictures.
Then it was time!
The pumpkin is ...
little.
stuck together.
orange and yellow.
curved.
The stem looks like the letter C and a snake.
During small group time, everyone had a chance to touch it and add more descriptive words to our list. Many children said it was shiny and smooth. They felt it was soft, yet hard. It is about three inches tall. After we described it, everyone had a chance to draw the pumpkin.
